YEAR 3023 was founded by Tina, an architect with a passion for blending design with business strategy. With a background in architecture and marketing, Tina gained experience in academia, architectural studios, real estate development and global corporations as a lead architect. While working with architects and interviewing many of them, she discovered that the most successful architects weren’t just great designers—they were excellent at selling themselves and their work. Recognizing that sales and marketing are vital for growing a firm, Tina created YEAR 3023 to help architects and interior designers attract the right clients and build sustainable businesses.

Tina Modrušan

Tina holds degrees in marketing and architecture, with a master’s focus on Restoration in Architecture and Urban Design. She has worked in academic settings, teaching and mentoring students, as well as in NGOs, architectural studios and real estate development. Her portfolio includes managing projects across the U.S. and EMEA regions, including museums and high-profile developments.

Her experience in a corporate startup environment taught her how marketing, branding, and sales intersect with architecture, going beyond aesthetics to strategic positioning. With Year 3023, she offers architects tailored tools to build their dream portfolios and achieve their goals. Her future plans include launching a podcast series and creating an online platform to showcase and recognize great design practices.
